To achieve its goals, Bilfinger has identified two strategic levers: Operational Excellence to continuously improve its own efficiency and performance, and Market Expansion to strengthen customer orientation and establish Bilfinger as the partner of choice.Main ResponsibilitiesProcess a payroll from start to finish across multiple contracts and within a designated timeframeProcess pay in accordance with various pay agreementsSet up and process new startersProcess leavers and applicable termination paymentsCalculate Redundancy and Notice paymentsCalculate Statutory and Occupational payments such as SMP, SPP, SSP, Occupational Maternity pay and Sick BenefitProduce reports for various departments across the businessLiaise with other departments to ensure communication lines are clear and deadlines are metLiaise with third parties i.e Pension providers, HMRC and CourtsDeal promptly and professionally with payroll queriesComplete correspondence in a timely mannerMaintain records and filing to a high standardMaintain up to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislationFollow and enforce implemented payroll policy, processes and proceduresExperience and QualificationsPayroll experience in a fast paced multi site, multi contractual environmentGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAdvanced Excel skillsUp to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislationUp to date knowledge of HMRC reporting including benefits in kindRecognised CIPP payroll qualification would be desirable but not essentialIf you have any questions please contact Anahita Razeghian ( ).Bilfinger is an equal opportunity employer.
