We're working on a major recruitment project for a flagship, high-volume used car supermarket in Leeds, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the site. With significant stock, huge customer volumes and ambitious plans for the future, this is an opportunity to join a business operating on a much larger scale than a traditional dealership. We're looking for a proven sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, drive standards and performance, and lead a team from the front. What We're Looking For Proven experience in automotive sales management Ideally experienced within a high-volume used car environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team Commercially driven with a strong focus on performance and results Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills A hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to exceed targets Drive sales performance, conversion and profitability Set clear objectives and provide ongoing coaching and development Manage daily showroom operations and sales pipelines Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and compliance Monitor performance and implement improvements where required Support recruitment, training and development as the business continues to grow Working Hours 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm 4 days one week / 5 days the following week Weekend working, including Saturdays and Sundays Days off during the week What's on Offer £56,500 basic salary Around £80,000 OTE Flagship used car supermarket environment Major recruitment project with a high-profile automotive business High-volume operation with substantial stock and customer footfall Genuine career progression as the business continues to grow The opportunity to make a significant impact at one of the group's key locations If you're an experienced Used Car Sales Manager who wants to be part of something bigger than a traditional dealership, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
