Forklift Operator

We are currently recruiting for a FLT driver on behalf of our fantastic client based in Tilbury Docks. This is working for an importer and supplier of paper, timber and other commodities. Job Responsibilities: * Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently for loading and unloading timber sheets as well as other products occasionally. * Accurately picking and transporting timber products to designated storage areas. * Manual handling, including lifting, moving, and stacking goods securely. * Conducting detailed quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet required standards. * Reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies promptly to supervisors. * Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation, ensuring workspaces remain safe and accessible. * Following health and safety guidelines rigorously to promote a secure working environment for all employees. * Assisting with inventory management and stock control when required. Requirements: * Valid Counterbalance Forklift License * Previous warehouse experience Shifts available - Monday to Friday - 07:00–17:00 or 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 rotating If you're an experienced Forklift Operative with a valid license looking to join a reliable team, we'd love to hear from you
