This role combines operational excellence with continuous improvement, helping to maintain high-quality procurement data, strengthen compliance and enhance the experience of internal stakeholders and suppliers. Working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable and business teams, you will help create efficient, reliable procurement processes that support the wider organisation. As a trusted specialist in purchase order operations, you will contribute to building best practice and driving meaningful process improvements across Burberry.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.Monitor key procurement performance indicators and support improvements that enhance efficiency and policy adherence.Resolve complex purchase order, goods receipt and invoice-related issues in partnership with Finance and Accounts Payable teams.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers to support seamless procurement operations.Promote consistent procurement processes and provide guidance that encourages compliant purchasing practices.Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and data quality, contributing to the ongoing evolution of procurement operations.PERSONAL PROFILEExperience working within procurement, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P) operations or a related environment.Strong understanding of purchase order processes and procurement best practice.Confidence using ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.Analytical and solution-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.FOOTERBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.
