Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – UK & Northern Europe

A global enterprise software business is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and strategic account growth across the UK and Northern Europe.

This is a senior, quota‑carrying role focused on closing complex, high‑value enterprise deals and engaging directly with C‑suite stakeholders.

The Role

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Win and expand large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Lead consultative, value‑led sales engagements at executive level
  • Close high‑value, multi‑year ARR deals
  • Build and manage a strong, disciplined enterprise pipeline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
  • Strong experience selling to C‑suite and senior stakeholders
  • Background selling into regulated or enterprise environments (BFSI a strong advantage)
  • Experience selling into risk, compliance, audit, cyber, or adjacent functions is beneficial
  • Highly driven, commercially astute, and comfortable owning large deals end‑to‑end

  • UK‑based (London preferred)
