Warehouse Support Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £15ph +About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse/Stores Operative to join our team. This is a varied role with plenty of autonomy, supporting both our project management and engineering teams to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse, production and service operations.

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in stock control, logistics, customer support, equipment preparation, environmental initiatives, and providing operational support to engineers both on-site and in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, book in and prepare equipment arriving into the warehouse
• Support engineers with equipment refurbishment and installation projects
• Arrange deliveries, collections and logistics with suppliers and couriers
• Order parts, equipment and services to support business operations
• Process manufacturer warranty claims and monitor progress
• Assist with customer service activities, including logging service calls and allocating engineers when required
• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
