Crest Nicholson are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to play a crucial role and join their team on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract Basis.
As Resident Liaison Officer you will be responsible for communications and relationships with contractors, freeholders, management companies, leaseholders and residents across a number of projects from assessments through to completion of remediation works.
Typical Duties:
- Ensuring clear, accessible, and customer-focused communications through various written channels and face to face.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring queries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the on-site construction team and site managers to monitor compliance with the Government Remediation Code, obtain progress updates, and ensure any issues raised by customers or residents are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Represent Crest and attending meetings with Responsible Entities and residents in relation to remediation works.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Experience / Attributes:
- Previous experience of customer or resident-facing roles.
- Strong resident and customer service skills with empathy and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in producing newsletters, presentations and other written and digital communications.
- Proactive and ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Valid driving license (To allow for travel to meetings).
- Previous experience working in housebuilding industry.
