Service Management Support - Join a Professional & Supportive Team
Location: Swindon (Royal Wootton Bassett)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 17:00 (shift to be confirmed)

What You'll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Delivering clear, professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders
Supporting service management processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
Processing documentation accurately and within deadlines
Mapping and improving workflows to enhance operational performance
Building strong, collaborative relationships across departments
Managing multiple priorities in a structured and organised way
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are professional, reliable, and take pride in their work. Ideally, you will have:
At least 3 years' experience in administration, document processing, or a similar office-based role.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, email, and web systems)
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach
A strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
Experience in process mapping or workflow improvement (desirable)
