Foot Mobile Engineer - Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £25 - £27 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Foot Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to join a leading FM service provider in Manchester.

Covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial office buildings across Manchester City Centre, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all buildings are maintained to the highest standard. This is an ideal role for an engineer who enjoys variety, is client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

In return, the rate on offer is £25 - £27 per hour, excellent benefits, plenty of overtime and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
• Electrical maintenance including lighting, fault finding, emergency lighting, power distribution and small installation works.
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and HVAC plant.
• Complete landlord and tenant maintenance tasks as required...
