Fund Formation Lawyer - European Funds & Distribution

Barings LLC is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their European Funds team in London. The role involves advising on the establishment and ongoing operation of European investment funds and investor separate accounts, playing a key part in new fund launches and working with external counsel to ensure timely, high-quality legal advice.
