Overtime: Paid at 1.5 & 2.0

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join a growing national engineering provider. Working on a wide range of equipment, including MEWPs, van mounts and forklifts, they are looking for experienced engineers with a strong powered access background and a valid CAP licence.

About the Role – Mobile Powered Access Engineer
As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will be field-based, responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of powered access equipment at customer sites.
Your duties will include:

Routine maintenance, servicing and repair of powered access equipment
Visiting customer sites and attending breakdowns
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
Carrying out PDI inspections on new and returned hire equipment
Completing LOLER inspections
Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant and ready for hireWhat You’ll Need to Succeed as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer

Previous experience working on powered access machinery
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
A passion for delivering high standards of service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid IPAF and CAP licences (essential)
NVQ qualification or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
