Are you a Team Leader or similar from a Production background looking to become the go to technical expert within a global business offering a 4-Day Working Week and a profit-based bonus?

Founded nearly 100 years ago, this global business specializes in the manufacturing of a wide range of flooring solutions. Priding themselves on their international success, they have 15 sites across 26 countries, they have clear goals to be all encompassed flooring solution across the globe.

In this vital role you will be responsible for one of the fastest and most productive production lines within the UK. There will be expectation to ensure all lines are as productive as possible whilst ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are met throughout, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. You will also carry out performance reports for all production staff.

This role would suit a Team Leader or similar from a Production background looking for a nights based 4 day working week within a global business.

The Role:

Managing and Overseeing all production lines
Ensuring all health and Safety regulations are seen too and followed
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager
2pm - 12am Monday to ThursdayThe Person:
