- Thu > 37.5hrs) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Metrology Inspector to support high-quality inspection and measurement activities within a production environment.
The role will involve both routine inspection and the development of measurement solutions using advanced metrology equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Program, edit, and operate CMM equipment for high-volume production parts Conduct manual inspections using tools such as verniers and micrometers Interpret engineering drawings and ensure product compliance Generate inspection reports and manage non-conforming products Support investigations and one-off measurement activities Develop measurement solutions using CMM and articulated arms Work in line with control plans and support SPC and FAI activities Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience programming, editing, and running CMM programs Strong understanding of GD&T and its application Experience with PC-DMIS software Knowledge of PolyWorks Inspector software Familiarity with SAP or similar systems xwzovoh Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues If this role is of interest then please reach out and we will push ahead with getting you in for the role.
