About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service.

Key responsibilities include: Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standards Leading, motivating, and developing the staff team Promoting a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement Overseeing care planning, risk management, and quality assurance Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and overall service performance Building and maintaining relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements Experience working with adults xwzovoh with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards) A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care Whats on Offer Salary of £40,000 £45,000 per annum Opportunity to lead and shape a small, specialist service Support from an established provider Ongoing training and development opportunities
