Running your designated kitchen section Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard Organising mise en place ready for service Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards Monitoring stock, portions and food waste Working closely with the wider brigade to deliver consistent service What we're looking for: We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a well-organised kitchen.
