Finance Business Partner

This is a key role that will combine financial control, reporting, and business partnering, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive performance through insight and robust financial processes.Key responsibilities include:Managing the monthly manufacturing management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timelinessLeading the budgeting and forecasting cyclesProviding balance sheet oversight for the manufacturing functionManaging and developing the Manufacturing Finance TeamActing as a key business partner to manufacturing leadership, offering financial insight and supportDeveloping and enhancing KPIs to support operational performanceCollaborating with data teams to improve reporting and decision-making toolsDriving continuous improvement in financial controls, processes and proceduresWe are looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience)Strong experience producing management accounts within a dynamic businessExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the businessStrong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detailAdvanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and reporting toolsA proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-changing environmentContact Kate at Pure for more information
