Mechanical Fitter (Steel / Multiskilled) £40,000 - £42,500 (£55k OTE) + Days Based + Monday to Friday + 1.5x Overtime + Flexible Working Hours Wolverhampton, West Midlands Are you a Maintenance Fitter from a steel background or similar engineering setting, looking for days-based role with flexible working hours, where you will receive full training and be able to advance your career into a Senior Engineer role? In this role you will be working preventively and reactively, in a role split 50 / 50 between mechanical and electrical, working on a range of equipment which uses AC three-phase motors, overhead cranes, pickers, drives and chains. You will also be working on some basic PLC systems and receive a range of training to make you an expert. Due to the high demand of this industry and recent growth, this role will be crucial in implementing a standardised maintenance system across all sites. This role would suit a Multiskilled Fitter or similar, with a minimum level 2 electrical qualification, looking for a stable days-based role working from Monday to Friday.
