Female Complex Care Assistant Location: Brampton -Chesterfield Pay Rate: up to £14.47 per hour (including holiday pay) Shift pattern evenings 4PM -10PM and nights 9PM-9AM IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, Routes are unable to offer a job to anyone who does not have the right to work in the UK or needs employer support.

About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and compassionate care assistant to support children, young people, and vulnerable adults in and around Chesterfield.
You'll be working with clients with Learning Difficulties, often on the Autistic Spectrum, providing care in the community and supporting them to access activities for social stimulation.
You'll be: Providing 1-2-1 personal care with dignity and respect Supporting clients with peg feed , epilepsy (training provided if needed) Supporting clients who may be non-verbal or have limited communication abilities Managing challenging behaviour with patience and understanding Transporting clients and colleagues in your own car to activities and appointments Following care plans and maintaining accurate records Essential Requirements: Right to work in the UK without needing employer support At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK Comfortable providing personal care Flexibility essential
