We are seeking an outstanding Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving, ambitious secondary school in the West Midlands. Key Responsibilities

• Support students in Maths lessons, working alongside expert teachers

• Stretch high-achieving students through problem-solving and extension work

• Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support

• Assist in preparing lesson materials

• Assess and monitor student progress

About You

• A strong degree in Mathematics or a related subject (2:1 or above)

• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people

• Clear communication and the ability to explain complex ideas simply

• Ambition, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards
