Finishing Manager

RG Set Square have a long-term opportunity available in Newcastle for two experienced Finishing Managers. You will be joining an established and experienced project team delivering a multi-storey accommodation development in Newcastle. The project is now moving into the fit-out stage, and our client is looking for Finishing Managers with recent experience on similar projects. This experience is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing all internal finishing trades Maintaining and managing quality control throughout the finishing stages Using handheld devices to manage and record snagging items Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Delivering daily toolbox talks to site teams Vaild SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required If you are interested in this opportunity and have the above experience of working on multi-storey accommodation projects, please reply to this email with a copy of your CV - thank you.
