Freelance Mechanical Bias Technical Services Manager Central London | Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor £450 per day | ASAP Start We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Bias Technical Services Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor for a major Cat B commercial fit out project in Central London. This is an opportunity to join a high performing project team delivering a large scale, high specification workplace scheme, reporting directly into the Project Director and taking ownership of services delivery across a key section of the project. The ideal candidate will come from a strong mechanical background but must also have solid exposure to the electrical aspects of complex fit out projects. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Technical Services Manager on large commercial fit out schemes Previous exposure to projects valued at £50m+ Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of electrical packages Experience managing subcontractors, programme coordination and technical delivery Ability to work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and client representatives Strong communication and coordination skills within fast-paced Tier 1 environmentsProject Details: Large Cat B commercial fit out Central London location Tier 1 contractor Reporting into the Project Director Long-term freelance opportunityRate: £450 per day via Ltd Company or Umbrella Start: ASAP If interested, please apply with your latest CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion
