A few of the key points: The majority of their work is two-stage tendering and they dont employ estimators so you wont be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with, you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning.

Wide variety of schemes in the London area will allow you to rapidly progress into a senior role and beyond.

They are winning work from big name, top 10 contractors, which include a £60m super prime Kensington scheme, a £50m cut and carve in the city and £40m works on a international iconic site.
