About the role
Talent Acquisition Business Partner | 12-Month Contract | West Burton
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a growing and complex organisation on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional to play a key role in attracting specialist talent, partnering with stakeholders and delivering effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.
The Role
Location: West Burton – Hybrid, 3 days per week on site
Contract: 12 months
Rate: £250–£350 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategies.
Source candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles using a range of direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
Provide advice on recruitment best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
Use recruitment data and analytics to provide insights, reporting and recommendations.
Support improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes and the overall candidate experience.
Contribute to EVP, employer branding, workforce planning and large-scale recruitment campaigns where required.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, alongside significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
* A proven track record of sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DE&I principles.
* Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective talent pipelines.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Experience using recruitment data and analytics to generate insights and recommendations.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
Experience within any of the following environments would be advantageous:
* Government or public sector
* Energy
* Engineering
* Scientific organisations
* Highly regulated environments
Experience in EVP and employer branding, onboarding and retention, workforce planning or large-scale recruitment campaigns would also be beneficial.
