You will work across a number of sectors with a focus on healthcare, charities and private wealth.You will be involved in all aspects of corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, secured financing arrangements, share buy backs, bespoke articles of association and shareholder investments/agreements.This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm who are known for their warm and friendly culture and be instrumental in the further expansion of their reputable department.
