Job Description Residential Litigation Associate – Manchester An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join one of the leading residential property disputes teams in the UK. This specialist team is recognised for its expertise in residential leasehold management, enfranchisement, Right to Manage and building safety matters, advising a broad range of landlords, developers, housing providers, management companies and managing agents. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of instructions, the team is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to play a key role in its ongoing development. Service charge disputes Enfranchisement claims Building Safety Act and remediation issues The team advises a diverse client base across the private, public and social housing sectors and is widely recognised as a market leader in this specialist area. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will supervise junior lawyers, develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives across the North West market. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales ~1+ years' PQE in property litigation ~ Experience advising on enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims ~ Experience supervising junior lawyers ~ An interest in business development and networking \Our client is a leading international law firm with a highly regarded property disputes practice and a strong reputation within the residential property sector.
