This role is with a multimodal media organisation seeking a data protection lawyer with a background in privacy, general risk, and compliance.

The role will focus on data, privacy, tech, AI projects, and emerging technology.

Salary around £140,000 with a hybrid working model in London.

Responsibilities

• Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Mapping
• Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Transfer Impact Assessment
• Data Sharing and Processing Agreements
• Data Privacy Compliance
• Data breach response
• Reviewing and negotiating agreements with technology partners
• AI and technology compliance
• Advising on AdTech, promotional and marketing campaigns, and various advertising matters

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AdTech
• Legal background in Media and Technology
