Your new company
You’ll be joining a large, complex and highly regarded global organisation that is continuing to invest in the transformation of its HR technology landscape. With Workday at the heart of its HR ecosystem, the business is focused on simplifying its technology environment, maximising the value of existing investment and exploring how automation and AI can improve HR services and the employee experience.
Your new role
As HR Business Architect, you’ll play a key strategic role in shaping the future direction of HR technology across the organisation. Sitting at the intersection of HR, business and technology, you’ll translate business priorities and HR strategy into a clear technology architecture and roadmap, with a particular focus on Workday and its wider ecosystem.
You’ll take ownership of the HR technology roadmap, providing architectural leadership across major transformation programmes and ensuring investment decisions are aligned to long-term business outcomes.
You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, Data, Security, Finance and Procurement, providing clear recommendations around technology investment, enhancements, consolidation and future capability.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring significant experience across HR technology, HR transformation or business architecture, ideally gained within a large and complex organisation.
You'll also have:
Strong knowledge of Workday and the wider HR technology ecosystem#
Experience developing HR technology strategies, architecture and multi-year roadmaps
A strong understanding of HR processes, data, integrations and operating models
The ability to assess opportunities around AI, automation and emerging HR technologies
Experience providing architectural direction across complex transformation programmes
A good understanding of technology governance, risk, data security and technical debt
What you'll get in return
This is an opportunity to take on a highly influential role within a major organisation at a point of significant HR technology evolution. Rather than simply delivering individual systems projects, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the overall HR technology landscape and influence how Workday, AI, automation and other technologies are used across the business.
You’ll work with senior stakeholders across both HR and Technology and have genuine input into investment decisions, future architecture and the longer-term HR technology strategy.
