We are currently seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a minimum of two years sales experience within the motor trade. Knowledge of vehicle finance and finance products would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 OTE

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.
The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual requirements, and providing expert guidance on vehicle selection and finance solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, identifying new business prospects, maintaining strong market awareness and contributing towards overall company sales performance. xwzovoh
This position requires a professional and proactive individual with a client focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years sales experience within the motor trade
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of clients
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Knowledge of vehicle finance and finance products would be beneficial
* Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to contribute positively to team performance
* A genuine passion for the automotive industry, with knowledge of luxury and high-performance vehicles highly advantageous
* Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt within a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM systems and sales software would be beneficial
* Full UK driving licence required
* Applicants must currently live within London or the surrounding areas
