As our Electrical Quality Supervisor, you'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards and supporting the continued success of our electrical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing, processing and managing electrical certification, including EICRs, Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates and Part P notifications where required.
Ensuring all electrical certification is accurate, compliant and completed to the highest professional standards.
Reviewing electrical test results, identifying discrepancies and ensuring any technical issues are resolved.
Supporting our electricians with technical guidance, certification queries and compliance requirements.
Monitoring workmanship and ensuring compliance with BS 7671, NICEIC requirements and company quality standards.
Working closely with our operations, contracts and administration teams to ensure jobs progress efficiently.
Helping to continuously improve our processes, quality control and customer service.

Strong electrical knowledge and a solid understanding of inspection, testing and certification.
Experience using EasyCert or similar electrical certification software.
A good understanding of BS 7671 and NICEIC compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify technical or certification errors.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The confidence to support electricians and work collaboratively with colleagues.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to high-quality work.
