Food Preparation & Service
Support the delivery of a high-quality seasonal set menu
Ensure consistency, precision, and presentation across all dishes
Contribute to prep and mise en place for service
Assist in service across both core and experimental dining concepts
Kitchen Operations
Work closely with the Head Chef on daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Support stock control, ordering, and prep planning
Team Contribution
Be a reliable and consistent member of a small, close-knit team
Contribute positively to kitchen culture and smooth service flow
Adapt to both structured service and creative environments
Candidate Profile
Experience
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
Background in quality-driven, fresh food kitchens
Experience with set menus or tasting menus is highly desirable
Events or multi-concept experience is a strong advantage
Attributes
Highly reliable and consistent
Calm and composed under pressure xwzovoh
Passionate about seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
Flexible and adaptable in a creative kitchen setting
Excellent attention to detail
