Production Operative

Proactive Staff are recruiting production operatives to work on a busy farm in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for staff who are looking to work a lot of hours. Benefits: • Hours: 7:15am – 5/6/7pm, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend overtime • £12.71 per hour (+ 40hrs a week is overtime @ 125% or £15.89 p/h) • Lots of overtime available! • Translation and interpreters available for most languages, so none English speaking staff welcome. • Great, modern, clean welfare facilities such as canteen, lockers and changing area • Parking and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. Role Overview: This role involves quality checking, trimming, sorting and packing vegetables. This work is very physically demanding and requires staff to stand for long periods.
