SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cricklewood, North West London
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £100–£110 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only
(UES1)

A warm and welcoming primary school in Cricklewood is expanding its highly-regarded Additional Resource Provision and is looking to appoint enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team from September 2025.
About the School:
* A truly supportive and family-like school environment where every team member is valued
* An established and growing ARP, currently supporting two specialist classes and expanding to four
* Small class sizes (6–7 children per class) with high adult-to-child ratios to provide personalized learning support - 1 Teacher and 2 TAs
Your Role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and help manage behavior using consistent strategies
* Assist with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and structured learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every child
Who We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, engaging, and caring individual with a genuine passion for SEN
* Experience working with children with additional needs (in a school or care setting) is desirable but not essential
* A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to inclusive education
* Someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
