Role: Manual Machinist Location: Basildon Salary: £17.00ph - £20.00ph - Negotiable Depending on Experience Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:00pm Proactive are currently recruiting for skilled Manual Machinist to start work in Basildon immediately. This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leading manufacturing company. The Manual Machinist role will involve manufacturing of components and parts to support production in our Engineering Services groups. Responsibilities Operating manual machinery, mills, lathes etc. (not CNC). Reading engineering drawings. Production of components. Working to tight tolerances. Must have previous manual machining experience. Any fabrication/welding experience advantageous.
