Salary package on offer for the role of Financial Advisor: ~£100,000 – £200,000 OTE (based on lead conversion and self-generated business) ~ Admin/ Paraplanning support ~ Access to their Office ~ Marketing team providing leads Financial Advisor requirements: Diploma-qualified (Level 4 or equivalent in financial advice) Full UK driving licence Existing client bank (additional leads also provided) Self-Sufficient Ethical and client-focused mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Key responsibilities of the Financial Advisor: Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs Building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships Promoting a wide range of financial products and services Managing and growing your client portfolio with full back-office and compliance support
