Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to both project delivery and wider business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage site investigation projects from inception through to completion * Undertake and oversee site activities where required * Ensure all health & safety, technical, operational and commercial objectives are met * Produce and review high-quality technical reports * Plan and manage project resources effectively * Identify and manage project changes and variations * Negotiate project variations where required * Prepare fee proposals and attend client meetings and presentations * Maintain and develop strong client relationships * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff * Assist in developing staff training programmes and in-house capabilities * Support business growth and identify new partnership opportunities * Promote technical excellence, company culture, policies and procedures Requirements: * BSc degree in Geology, Civil Engineering or related discipline * MSc in a Geology or Geotechnical discipline * Minimum 3 years' experience within the site investigation industry * Excellent health & safety knowledge and awareness * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Excellent IT and report writing skills * Proven success within a senior or leadership role * Ability to proactively manage projects and meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual seeking long-term career development within a forward-thinking and expanding organisation
