We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Advisor to join our client's successful independent business in Edinburgh, Midlothian. This is an excellent Sales & Service Advisor opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to enhance their career within a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Benefits:  Basic salary of up to £26,208 per annum Bonus potential with an OTE of up to £32,928 Monday to Friday working hours (9am–5pm), no weekends Full training and ongoing support provided Career development opportunities within the branch network Secure, full-time employment in a reputable businessDuties of a Sales & Service Advisor: Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and remotely via phone and email Provide expert advice on a range of products and services, including bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and workshop services Manage stock levels, ensure proper presentation, and maximise sales opportunities Support the workshop team by coordinating workflow and providing timely updates Process cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately Maintain high standards of administration, filing, and record keeping Uphold Health & Safety standards and maintain a professional, tidy working environmentRequirements of a Sales & Service Advisor: Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role within the automotive industry or similar environment Strong communication and organisational skills Confident in handling sales transactions and basic administrative duties Proactive approach to customer care and sales generation Full UK driving licence (essential) Forklift licence desirable, but training can be providedThis Sales & Service Advisor role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in the automotive sector who possess excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude towards sales.
