Join Capgeminis Insights & Data (I&D) practice, where we Consult with Purpose, Continuously Evolve, and Architect Tomorrow .We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Specialist not a practitioner someone who can outline the approach work artefacts for data management across the entire insurance value chain of Insurance critically define personas define data management practices inc product master cataloguing data quality.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

Manage largescale data programmes Data Lake Data Warehouse Analytics AIML aligned to insurance business objectives
Oversee delivery of multiproject portfolios across policy claims underwriting and customer data domains
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into data solutions
Drive data governance quality and compliance eg IRDAI Solvency II GDPR
Manage programme budgets timelines risks and dependencies
Ensure integration of core insurance platforms Guidewire Duck Creek etc with data and analytics ecosystems
Lead cross functional teams including data engineers architects and analysts

Your Skills:

10 years of programme project management experience with strong focus on data initiatives
Proven experience in the insurance domain policy claims underwriting
Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms ETLELT and analytics tools
Power BI Tableau
Experience with Agile SAFe delivery models
Key Competencies
Stakeholder management leadership
Strategic execution and delivery focus
Risk and financial management
Strong communication and problem solving
