SEN Teaching Assistant (SEMH) – Secondary School Location: Earlsfield Pay: £95–£114 per day Role Type: Full-time Agency: ANZUK Education ANZUK Education is working closely with a wonderful and welcoming Secondary School in Eralsfield to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role. This position will focus on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to feel safe, supported, and engaged in their learning. The Role: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs * Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement with learning * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies * Help create a calm, nurturing, and structured learning environment * Support pupils both in and out of the classroom when required Requirements: * Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally SEMH * A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach * Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff * Commitment to working full time * Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable What ANZUK Education Offers: * Competitive daily pay of £95–£114, depending on experience * Full-time, consistent work * Ongoing support from a dedicated ANZUK consultant * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school environment This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking to take on a rewarding full-time role through ANZUK Education
