Education Sales Manager – Online IT Training
Location: Hybrid / Office Based (Birmingham City Centre)
Salary: £26,000K basic + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team, driving performance and promoting our range of online IT certification courses to learners across the UK.
About the Role
As Education Sales Manager , you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Sales Executives to achieve ambitious targets and deliver an exceptional learner experience. You will also be managing your own caseload of leads and working to individual sales targets.
You will take ownership of sales performance, strategy, and team development, ensuring consistent revenue growth and a positive, high-energy culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets / Managing your own caseload of leads.
- Monitoring performance through KPIs and coaching individuals to maximise results.
- Overseeing inbound lead management and ensuring every learner receives an excellent consultative sales experience.
- Analysing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve conversion and team efficiency.
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members.
- Collaborating with senior management on pricing, promotions, and process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and forecasting performance.
- Driving team culture through recognition, incentives, and development opportunities.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are a natural leader who lives and breathes sales, coaching others to succeed , hitting targets, and building a motivated sales team.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader (preferably within education, training, or recruitment sales).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Confident analysing data and using CRM systems to track performance.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to drive a culture of accountability and success.
- Genuine interest in technology, IT certifications, and professional development.
Desirable:
- Experience managing hybrid or remote sales teams.
- Knowledge of IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
