About the role
Overview
Enterprise Technology is replacing a complex on-premise technology stack with a modern SaaS HR technology landscape. We require an exceptional Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for the new HR technology stack from definition through build, ongoing run, and continual enhancement. You will apply substantial HR technology experience to ensure a modern, SaaS-based HR stack and extract maximum value for colleagues, including the use of AI. You will collaborate with implementation partners and vendors to translate strategic priorities into a deliverable roadmap, ensuring alignment between product vision and programme execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HR technology stack in a SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and vendors to translate priorities into deliverables and ensure alignment with programme execution.
- Drive definition, build, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of HR systems (e.g., core HR/ System of Record, recruitment, payroll, benefits) and their integrations within an enterprise architecture.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Technology teams; manage governance and engage senior stakeholders at the C-level.
- Incorporate HR technology trends, risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital/technology skills; assess use of AI where appropriate.
- Evaluate and, where applicable, select outsourced Payroll and Benefits providers; manage migrations or carve-outs of HR technology from existing setups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior Product Owner and/or Product Manager, with a track record of defining visions, roadmaps, and prioritisation.
- Deep knowledge across core HR technology domains (system of record, recruitment, payroll, benefits) and their integrations within an enterprise structure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across HR, Finance, and Technology; comfort navigating governance and senior forums at C-level.
- Experience with HR technologies and processes in fintech organisations; familiarity with Oracle Fusion integration for HR tools (if applicable).
- Willingness to be based in London with a hybrid working pattern (office presence 3 days per week).
