CIS Fire Stoppers Required – Bristol & Surrounding Areas Contract Type: Self-Employed Subcontractor (CIS) Location: Bristol, and surrounding areas Rate: £200–£250 per day (D.O.E) Additional Earnings: Price work also available We are currently seeking experienced Fire Stoppers to join our team on a self-employed subcontractor basis across Bristol and the surrounding areas. We have ongoing projects and are looking for reliable operatives with experience in passive fire protection works. Key Responsibilities: * Installation of fire stopping systems to required specifications. * Batt and mastic installations. * Fire sealing of service penetrations. * Fire collars, wraps, and ablative coating applications. * Ensuring all works comply with current fire safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. * Completing works to a high standard while maintaining site safety and cleanliness. Requirements: * Proven experience in passive fire protection and fire stopping. * CIS registered with a valid UTR number. * NVQ in Passive Fire Protection (preferred but not essential). * FIRAS, BM TRADA, or equivalent accreditation experience advantageous. * Own tools, PPE, and transport. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
