The team advises on a wide range ofdomestic and cross-border corporate and commercial tax matters, withparticular strengths in real estate, funds, corporate, andinfrastructure work.Key responsibilities of the role include:Advising corporate and commercial clients on tax matters in both adomestic and international contextDrafting structure papers, complex advice notes, and negotiatingprovisions in SPAs and tax deedsManaging projects and transactions proactively, communicatingeffectively with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisersBuilding and developing client relationships and your ownprofessional networkEngaging in business development activities and developing anunderstanding of the industries and commercial landscape in whichour clients operateThis is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office withhybrid working.More information can be found in the job description attached to therole on our careers siteAbout you:The successful candidate will have:Mid-level associate experience in an international law firm (2-5 PQE)Excellent technical and analytical skills across legal drafting,legislative and case law interpretation, with the ability totranslate technical concepts into strategic adviceExperience advising corporate and commercial clients on a range oftax matters in a domestic and international contextStrong project management and communication skills, with theability to work proactively and collaborativelyA genuine enthusiasm for practising tax law, with stronginterpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a first-classclient service#LI-HYBRID
