As a Site Superintendent, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to the highest standards of quality and safety. Supervise and manage all on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations. Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation while maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking. Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring. Monitor long-lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate any issues affecting project timelines. Track labour productivity, site delays, constraints, and submit weekly progress reports to senior management. Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close-out documents in line with project requirements. This role is full-time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry. Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industry Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards A chance to create impact on some of the most iconic projects in the region.
