Leeds & Surrounding Areas | Field-Based
We are seeking an ICT Consultant to support schools across Leeds and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional with strong technical and customer service skills who enjoys working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote IT support to schools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues
Support and maintain IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, backups, and security systems
Manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
Build strong relationships with school staff and provide excellent customer service
About You Previous IT support experience essential
Ideally experience supporting schools or education environments
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and networking
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence preferred
