Mechanical Project Manager Location: Twickenham Rate: Up to £350 per day (Ltd Company) Contract: Freelance Start: Immediate The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for an immediate start on commercial projects based in Twickenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Mechanical PM to join a live project team with long-term potential for the right candidate. Role Responsibilities * Manage mechanical packages from installation through to completion * Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers * Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications * Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance * Monitor progress, procurement, and project reporting * Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams * Support commissioning and handover activities Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial projects * Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations * Excellent coordination and programme management skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery What’s on Offer * Up to £350 per day via Ltd Company * Immediate start available * Commercial project exposure * Opportunity for ongoing work for the right individual 📩 Please apply if interested
