This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their HR journey who wants to step into a client-facing consultancy role, working with a range of organisations and gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a portfolio of clients with day-to-day HR advice and guidance
- Managing key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and restructures
- Delivering and supporting engaging learning and development sessions
- Tailoring HR solutions to meet different client needs and business environments
- Building strong, professional relationships and acting as a go-to HR contact
- Supporting the continuous improvement of HR programmes and services
- Working closely with a collaborative team to share ideas and best practice
Requirements:
- Around 1–2 years’ HR experience in an in-house environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong interest in developing within a consultancy setting
- Exposure to core HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Confident communication skills and the ability xwzovoh to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience delivering training or facilitating sessions
- Exposure to tools such as DiSC, Myers Briggs, or similar
