An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity matters
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other referrers
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
• Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing department
• Supporting continuous improvements to service delivery and client experience

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Residential Conveyancer
• Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organisational and file management abilities
• Commercial awareness and commitment to high service standards
• Ambition to develop professionally and progress within a growing team
