Fire And Security Engineer

Miles Fire Protection Ltd is looking for a Fire and/or Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled fire alarm engineer preferably with more than 2 years of experience. Job description: To undertake routine servicing, testing, inspection, remedials/ small works and basic maintenance of fire detection / alarm systems, access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems in accordance with BS5306, BS5839 and any other relevant British Standards. Locations of works will be Cambridgeshire, London & Surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday ( On site – 08:30 – 16:30) (Potential for Monday to Thursday after probation period passed ) Out of hours maybe required from time to time ( No On Call Rota ) Salary/Benefits: Salary DOE ( Will be discussed on the interview day) 28 days of holiday ( including bank holidays) Company pension Full PPE provided Company laptop & phone Tools, excluding hand tools Company van & fuel card After you complete 6 months’ probation period you will be entitled to: Bi-annual performance bonus Christmas all-inclusive work party Choice of van/ vehicle About You: Full clean driving license Enhanced DBS FIA Qualifications or similar Flexibility Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to contact every applicant.
