Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering digital and web development projects? We're working with a fast-paced, creative agency that's looking to add a confident and capable Project Manager to their team.

This role will see you managing end-to-end digital projects for a wide variety of clients, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to keep everything running smoothly.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Managing multiple web and digital projects from planning through to delivery

• Developing detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments

• Ensuring all project outputs align with client goals and internal standards

• Leading regular project meetings and client updates

• Proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks

• Coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other internal stakeholders

• Producing post-project reviews and performance analysis

Some of the requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing digital/web projects, ideally within an agency setting

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Scrum)

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Dynamics 365 Project Operations

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Commercially focused with a proactive mindset

Bonus: Experience working with public sector clients or in an Agile environment
