We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a growing technical services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied mechanical plant environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a commercial plumbing, building services or mechanical maintenance background who enjoys a hands-on role and wants the stability of a single-site position. The Role Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance Commercial plumbing repairs and installations Maintenance of building services plant and equipment Water softener servicing and maintenance Swimming pool plant maintenance Fault finding and repairs General handyman and maintenance duties where required Working closely with site management and the client team About You Mechanical Building Services or Commercial Plumbing background NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical/Plumbing qualification Experience working within commercial buildings, estates, FM or building services environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Commutable to Southall Package ~£42,000 - £48,000 basic salary ~23 days holiday plus bank holidays ~4% employer pension contribution ~ Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ~ Stable static site role ~ Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business If you're a Mechanical Engineer looking for a long-term static position with a great working environment, we'd love to hear from you.
